Tuval's Story – A Hero Never Forgotten

The boy who became a warrior

Tuval Yaakov Tzanani was born in Kiryat Gat on November 20, 2003. From a young age, he stood out with his special personality – a boy with an infectious smile, a big heart, and a constant willingness to help others.

In school, Tuval was beloved by his friends and teachers. He believed that "in the end, everything will be okay" – a phrase that became his life motto and accompanied him every step of the way.

When it came time to enlist, Tuval had no doubt – he wanted to be a fighter, to protect the country and the people he loved. He chose the Armored Corps, where he became an outstanding gunner in a Merkava tank.
